The group has an opening for a postdoctoral researcher in the development of quantum Monte Carlo methods and their application to quantum materials. Interested candidates are encouraged to email me directly at andre.erpenbeck@uga.edu.
Our group at UGA is relatively new, which means there are many exciting opportunities for graduate students to get involved in cutting-edge research. We are looking to hire motivated students from this and upcoming cohorts. Preference will be given to those who have completed a rotation project (PHYS 8990) in our group. If you are interested, please feel free to reach out to me directly.

We currently have openings for undergraduate students who want to get involved in teaching through the Provost’s Affordable Course Materials Grant (FY2026). If you are passionate about teaching and have successfully completed an introductory physics course, such as PHYS 1111, we would love to hear from you! Please email me at andre.erpenbeck@uga.edu!
